I wish I could give 0 stars. If you want to pay a fortune for shipping, never see your goods again and then be taken on a 3-month wild goose chase of emails, phone calls on hold and listening to that infuriatingly optimistic tune that DHL plays while you're on hold for 25 minutes, this is the shipping company for you. No accountability. No problem solving. A dire lack of training. Use at your own peril.
