Urgent Help Please

********** 646, ********** 760 These 2 tracking nr's i received from a seller i bought a item from in China But the one shows needing paper work please help in what paper work, the other does not track yet, and these 2 parcels are extremely urgent if for my cousins and the one going to Pretoria is needed on the 20 April, please i need someone to help me urgently, the one for Uptington is neede 21 April Please i need to arrange to get them quick, because they were sended on Monday and feels like time is running out. we do not have money to buy new dresses that is why we ordered online because it is so much cheaper. Please someone help
