Updated Review after Lesareng from DHL Johannesburg sorts things out.

I initially wrote a bad review on DHL and gave them a 1 star rating. After a professional phone call and assistance from Lesareng from customer service head office Johannesburg, I decided to update my review to a 4 star rating. She was very professional in sorting out the matter on this side. I however will still be giving DHL UK a poor rating and bad review if they do not take responsibility for their negligence.
