Unscruprulous charges on freight

Just to let everybody who has queried using DHL Express as a supplier.<br> To get the account we were quote R110.00 per kg no funny additional charges for a shipment from Hong Kong.<br> Our 2nd shipment came in at R220.00 per kg and our 3rd and latest shipment came in at R330.00.<br> I have been back and forth with both the tele agent: Nicole de Beer and her superior Amanda Shinn on this matter and both have not addressed the current issue which I have of sorting out the current invoice.<br> Both representative keep stating that they will negotiate preferential rates going forward. I am not interested in going forward as this does not address the overcharge on my latest and already landed shipment. The only time I have not asked them to quote on the specific shipment they have seen fit to load the charge by 300%. Please tell me how, if they could do a full shipping charge for just under R110 per kilogram in December 2014, they suddenly charge over R330 per kilo from Hong Kong? I am suddenly told, quoted from their email \Please note this was a spot rate and the reason it was cheaper was because of the size and weight. "quotes from an email from Amanda Shinn"
