Unreliable service from DHL.

I am expecting a parcel from abroad. It arrived successfully in South Africa via DHl. Unfortunately they then handed it over to an inefficient courier service by the name of RAM Couriers to for onward delivery to me. The company **** by saying they can't find me whereas I have been right there at the given address. My waybill number for DHl is given as reference number on this review. How does one trust DHL when they partner with unreliable services like RAM Couriers. To make matters worse, RAM Couriers branch in Harrismith is unreachable through their given landline. This is really scary service from DHL.
