Unprofessionalism and poor communication from dhl

Dhl is highly unprofessional and the people have no courtesy at all. My shipment has been on hold for sometime now, l sent the the outstanding document and no one bothered to acknowledge receipt. I called several times speaking to different people and being promised that someone will call back. They regard themselves highly professional but its a a lie. They don't communicate nor do they respond to emails and calls.
