Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Infuriating Service

This has been the most inconvenient and unprofessional delivery experience I’ve ever had. First, I was told my delivery address was “incorrect,” even though it wasn’t. No one notified me that they were coming, no one asked to confirm details, and somehow my address was changed without my knowledge.

Then came the complete lack of communication. No updates from the driver. No messages. Nothing.

When I finally called the call center, the agent told me she would CC me on an email to request an update, and of course, that never happened. When I tried calling again, the call center was already closed. No email. No call. No follow-up of any kind.

In the end, I had to drive all the way to their office myself, wait until 5 PM, and waste my entire day just to get something that should have been delivered correctly in the first place.

Absolutely unacceptable service and a huge inconvenience from start to finish. I will never use this company again.
