Unprofessional service from DHL SA

I booked a collection on Friday afternoon 16.07.21 , DHL was meant to collect on Monday 19.07.21. Today is Wednesday and still no collection from DHL.

I keep calling and the call centre agents tell me that RAM is coming but there has been no contact or collection from RAM. DHL has already taken my money but there has been no collection up to now.

Absolutely unprofessional. I either need a refund or for my parcel to be collected ASAP.
