unprofessional service

A doc was collected from our JHB branch for delivery to London, was informed it takes 2 days. It's been 7 days and I'm still waiting. I keep getting told it's been delivered but I ain't received it. Call center agents have me on hold for 15min at a time. I had to call back 5 times today and was told it will be delivered by end of day.... Am still waiting. waybill no ***. I will not be using DHL again nor will I recommend them to anyone
