Unprofessional, invalidates customers and failed service delivery
DHL apparently attempted a home delivery on a Friday. Although I was not on site that day, there was someone authorised to receive my parcel at the address regardless. I heard through word of mouth that apparently the DHL courier spoke to the estate's guardhouse, claimed that they are refusing to make the delivery due to some obscure reason regarding having no bag available, and drove off with my parcel. It is now past 5pm on the following Monday, and DHL has still made absolutely no effort in contacting me, nor redelivering my parcel.
I was completely invalidated as a customer. DHL didn't phone me, as one would expect. DHL shared my private details with an unauthorised 3rd party. DHL failed a delivery due to questionable courier reasoning. DHL made no attempt to actually deliver the parcel to the authorised person on the premises that day.
DHL's lack of professionalism is extremely distasteful. DHL's lack of communication and delinquency in making contact with me, speaking to other parties about my delivery, is utterly shocking.

Looking at the tracking number mentioned, I can confirm that your shipment is moving with DHL Paket, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Meaning that this parcel did not move via DHL Express, but Global mail. These shipments are handed over to the local postal services in each country to handle the delivery with no tracking available on the DHL Express network hence we are not able to assist you further.
