Unprofessional
Customer care services couldn't assist in any way,Nesta is the one that sent me a quotation and advised i send back to her proof of payment in which i did.had to call the next day checking if she received my pop only to be told she was not available,i had no reference number for my parcel to be collected ...the only person that helped me is Mr Mbatha. I wish all of them can be like him.. drivers left my parcel by security guard and never bothered calling me,so unprofessional
