Unpaid dearth payouts

My name is Rebotile Clara Mthenjane and My father passed on, on the 1st February 2020. My mother and I went to fill in forms to get the death payout as it was deducted monthly from his account. We were only payed R40 000.00 from Regent. When we asked the Benefits/ Payroll Department Catherine Tema, about the rest of the outstanding payments from Old Mutual, Hollard and NBCRFLI. They are claiming that the R40 000.00 was from Regent and Old Mutual. But amazingly when we were at the office they told us Regent pays R40 000.00 for the member. We don't know what to believe anymore. They are taking us from pillar to post. Telling us stories that they can't even back up themselves. Promising to call us back but not calling. My father John Mathwele Mthenjane was a breadwinner. Now my mother is suffering. There is no food. We just need my father's payouts as promised. We need clarity of where all his contributions went. We cannot be mourning my father and stressing with his payouts. What was the point of joining the covers if when you die they don't pay. Please assist.
