United Direct and DHL - failing!

I ordered a United jersey from United Direct - 6 August 2015. Apparently, it was dispatched on 10 August,website shows delivery, to date, I have not received anything. United Direct does not want to take responsibility and DHL knows nothing about my package. How is this even possible?? I understand that its not a traceable service but somehow someone needs to take responsibility???<br> <br> I just want my jersey to be delivered - I don't care that I've waited 2 months! <br> <br> Come on guys!
