Uninformed & uninterested staff!

I approached DHL for a quotation on 17/11/23 to import 2 pallets, weighing roughly 550kg. This took 12 days, which continued unfortunately up until 08/12/23 when time had to be called on a very poor experience. The personal struggled but succeeded in finding every excuse why they couldn't help. Just unacceptable from one of the biggest freight forwarders in the business.
