Undelivered parcel. No assistance received.
Placed an online order with U.S based retailer JLUXLABEL on the 06-11-2022. I received an email from JLUXLABEL on the 07-11 that my order is on its way and would be shipped via DHL. I received my tracking number too. Up until today the 5th of December I have not received my parcel, there are no longer any updates from DHL as of the 15th of November on the whereabouts of my parcel. I contacted them on the 02-11 via *** and spoke to a lady who sounded like she just needed to get rid of me and end the call. There is no answer as to where exactly is my parcel, what happened to it or when will it be delivered to me. Worst part is that this was an order for a wedding, I am utterly devastated by the work ethic of DHL. Till today JLUXLABEL and DHL are unable to let me known where my parcel is and what happened to it

Looking at the tracking number mentioned, I can confirm that your shipment is moving with DHL Paket, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Meaning that this parcel did not move via DHL Express, but Global mail. These shipments are handed over to the local postal services in each country to handle the delivery with no tracking available on the DHL Express network hence we are no able to assist you further.
Please contact the Global mail on *** or the Post office on either ***, by Phone on ***, quote your tracking number. The consultant will be able to assist you with information on when you can expect receipt of your shipment. I hope that the provided information will be helpful.
