Undelivered Items
I ordered from the Manchester United shop on the 18th of December. The order was dispatched on the 19th of December by the Man Utd shop. I tried to raise a concern with the DHL complaints department. To date, I have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!!! Can you please deliver my stuff. This is ONE MONTH LATER and utterly disgusting service!!!!!

Please note that these shipment do not transit with DHL Express but a more affordable service by Economy Service - Via Global mail . DHL assist’s by transiting these shipments into their destination countries, but upon arrival they are handed over to your Local Post office to deliver . Unfortunately due to Service selected for these parcels, DHL Express does not have visibility on the transit of these shipments . You can follow up Global mail directly on ***and they will assist you with current status of your shipment , as well as a local tracking number you can use when tracking your shipment with the Post office . 16 Jan 2019, 21:12I am utterly disgusted with this response. I made 2 orders on the same day. 1 was delivered within 4 days and this other one has got stories. All other orders I have made previously are delivered within 4 days. I contracted DHL. Not local post office as claimed. DHL phones and delivers the items to my door everytime. So where is this post office story coming from. Then I must GO to post office and ASK for my tracking number? Please don't take people for fools. SEND MY PARCEL! This is daylight THEFT.
