Unacceptable service from DHL!

DHL undertake deliveries to Dainfern but then pass them onto other couriers (eg RAM), delaying the 'express' delivery and causing huge stress when one thinks that one's vital, original documents have gone missing. DHL's systems aren't linked to RAM so once the parcel has passed from their hands it says 'delivery date unknown'. This is shocking, especially when one pays a premium for DHL's express service. They are used by consulates, giving one no choice of other couriers, and the service is unacceptable! This debacle cost me 2 work days (waiting at home for the urgent delivery which no-one could give us a time for). Consulates should stop using DHL.
