Unacceptable service

After my first 2 parcels arrived damaged, some adjustment was made to the packing to make it stronger, apparently DHL SA manhandles parcels. In any case so the 3rd item is sent and I get an email from DHL stating customs will be inspecting it. After responding that I should be present as the items are extremely fragile, an email was sent by the DHL representative to DHL cargo however they ignored the request and the \inspection"went ahead with unskilled customs workers"
