Unable to respond to numerous customer complaints

On Friday morning 13 Nov 2015 I phoned the 086 tel number to book a pick-up of urgent documents to be couriered to Windhoek from Somerset West. I was solemnly promised that the pick up would be between 12 noon and 5 pm on Friday and be delivered in Windhoek on Monday before 12 noon. No pick-up occurred by Monday morning. <br> <br> After numerous phone calls to complain and after speaking to numerous managers the documents were not yet picked up by 6 pm on Monday. After more phone calls and my now cynical laughter at all announcement that the problem will be fixed and that I will receive a call back to update me on the total lack of customer service, I finally received a call to the effect that the parcel will be collected before 10 on Monday evening...I remain sceptical and disenchanted. <br> <br> If I need to use a courier again (soon) I will use the post office or a tall runner with a stick, can't take any longer than DHL Tortoise 'Express'. How do these people stay in business???<br>
