Unable to get hold of DHL International - waiting for more than a month for delivery
Parcel sent by German-based publisher to my South African address on 21st November 2018 and was never delivered. I have received no telephone calls and/or email notifications from the courier service. No one available via phone and no response to all my numerous emails directed at **********
