Unable to get hold of agent!

So i am trying to get hold of DHL Agent \Madonna". I called and every time the call center says they putting me thru to her they put me back onto the main options list. After 15 minutes the call ended. Whats even more frustrating is that my parcel has been detained cause there is a query on it...how? The invoice says the amount paid and the shipping charges. Now i don't have my package & I cant get hold of the right person to send the invoice/Paypal receipt to...and why should i for something that costs less than R900.
