Tracking number provided - no progress
I ordered items to be delivered to Cape Town.
No progress in a full working day. I have proof of this.
I email the contact center and they say the shipper has not given DHL items. How can a shipper create tracking details when they haven't given a product!
This shouldn't be allowed by DHL. This is a stressful situation!

I have contacted my DHL team in Honk Kong to ensure that the collection is completed as soon as possible.
