tracking not updating
I have ordered a package from Germany to South Africa,on the 17 September 2019,even today the initial 12 digits tracking number ,have not updated and its already second week now.No contacts on their site.

This shipment was moving as part of the services offered from Germany called DHL Paket, under the DHL Deutsche Post Banner. Whilst we all operate under the DHL banner, we are different entities doing different functions, all operating separately with our own procedures and areas of excellence.
