Tortoise service by DHL Express
I will not use DHL ever again, their service is so bad that they don't deserve even one star! I have used them twice now and they keep getting worse. They never keep thier promised delivery date and you have to keep chasing them. On this occasion, they delivered a shipment to Lesotho six days after their promised date, I could have delivered it myself if I anticipated this ******* service!!!
