Top shelf service

I have a sneaker brand called Juwish that is made in Italy for me and is available worldwide. I had a sample of one of my designs made and DHL picked it up in I taly on friday and it's already in Johannesburg awaiting my payment of the crazy customs charges (they really raise the cost of doing business).

Anyway, long story short is I contacted DHL about some issues I was having and got quick and helpful responses via telephone, sms, email and even twitter. They were pleasant, quick and effective...

They have handled delivery of my books too and ech time, I am thoroughly impressed.
