This was the best experience yet! Patience Towane was very supportive, and innovative in making sure that my experience was the best! I travelled all the way from Harare to pick up the package and she refused to let a few technical challenges like emails not going through, defeat her!! All the while smiling and saying no we will try something else!! She is such a jewel!!!
