This is about Kefiloe, the lady at the DHL head office. I just want to express how grateful and thankful I am for her, my passport was delayed from the US Consulate after my visa was issued and I was on a tight deadline in terms of travel and my passport was blocked. Kefiloe helped me immensely abd went out of her way to help me. I am realy really thankful for such kind people in the world. Thank you Kefiloe!!
