My shipper used DHL twice this year and ... twice my parcel got ******. Stay away from DHL. DHL subcontracts with RAM courier service. When you phone RAM they blame it on DHL and when you phone DHL they blame it on RAM and so nobody takes responsibility and you lost all your money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE *******!!!!!!!!!!!
