Thievery

Lousy bunch of assholes. Their new scheme is that they charge you import duties for parcels before it even enters the country. Then they send the parcel back to the sender and dont refund your money. I am waiting over 2 months now and they do not even bother answering their phones. Oh but if you select the option to request a quote they answer immediately so that they can rob you. If u select the option to query something, no one answers. Ever. Do not waste your time on these theieves. Rather use another courier company.
