They don't want to ship leather dye! Why? God knows!

There's no good leather dye in SA, so i asked my sister in Canada to buy and ship 3 bottles of (Fiebing's leather dye), a very well known product sold all over the internet, Amazon for instance and MANY other sellers ship it every single day to customers. But DHL kept the package on hold in Canada and when i inquired their consultant said that they rejected it because of the leather dye, i sent 2 emails asking them why, just so i could understand, but no answer.

The only reason i could think about that it's alcohol based leather dye, but it can't be a good reason, countless products around world are made of alcohol must DHL ban ALL those products? And A BIG company like DHL doesn't know how to handle those products and move them from point A to B?!

And for your info, my sister took back the package and already inquired a different courier and they agreed to ship the product that you rejected.
