There was a problem with paying a tax coming into South Africa and my Wells Fargo Visa card wouldn’t clear. I asked for some information and Sade called me and handled it beautifully. She is terrific. One thing was when I looked at the tracking online it just said the package was on hold. It might be nice to have it state what the reason is as I did not know there was an email sent requesting a tax payment for customs etc.
