THEMBILE VERY RUDE PERSONNEL

The person I spoke to from DHL told me that I'll receive my shipment today so I've been tracking it ever since but on the tracking website it is always showing that it is still in HONG KONG so yesterday I decided to call them and I was transferred to some department so the lady told me that the tracking number has been cancelled so she needs to get me a new tracking number and she promised to call me but she didn't so I decided to call DHL today and I spoke to a guy who was very rude and was not willing to talk to me even when I wanted to speak to his superior he was not willing to listen.<br> I'm expecting my cargo today and it's for business purposes so relevant people must make a plan cause I need it today otherwise I'll take things further.<br>
