theft in DHL hatfield

<p>I am terribly angry at what DHL hatfield has done to us, my husband and were sent birthday gifts and christmas gifts. The gifts included 4 iphone 7 and 2 Samsung S7edge but DHL hatfield delivered s**** phones . I was so shocked and couldnt believe my eyes,so i called the family memeber that has sent the staff to me to just to confirm if my eyes are not playing tricks on me. She confirmed that she sent brand new things so i asked my husband to report this to the manager. He spoke to the manager who had no customer service what so ever . The matter is not even taken into consideration and as a long term customer of DHL i demand answers as to what happened to my packages.I hope someone who is an authority of DHL will be able to attend to this matter urgently.</p> <p>To me it seems as though the manager is part of this *****ing game that happends, unfortunately this time they stole the wrong persons package.</p> <p> </p>
