The worst of the worst

Small package was sent from Irvine, California (USA) to Windhoek on 17 November 2015 - package arrived in Windhoek on Saturday, 21 November 2015. Since then I have been trying, without success, to get this package delivered. Promises to phone back are not being kept. Immaculate - 23 November, phoned back today 30 November, Xavier, promised to phone back 26 November, never phoned back. It has taken 4 days from USA to Windhoek, DHL is not able to deliver this package in 9 days since it has arrived in Windhoek. When you try to phone you get disconnected. Never is a long time but I don't think I will use them ever again.
