THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH DHL SOUTH AFRICA

ordered a parcel from America for a Vintage car, which came into country within a week, my parcel has been with DHL for three weeks now for clearance , Fedex staff (Triston Noble)made error on documentation regarding input date and that is when my nightmare started , everyday for three weeks i have been sending emails i get the same notification back that they are in contact with SARS regarding the error for three weeks. I contacted the Clearance Leader Sithembiso to ask why he cannot sort out the error but the same lame response is received .DHL being a international company need to know that the South African service is an absolute disaster. I am now still waiting for the parcel in anticipation as apparently now they have an answer back regarding their errors from Sars But i Still have to wait how many more days, And to top it all FEDEX have a policy that if goods are not cleared by SARS they impose a penalty of R5,000.00
