The worst delivery service

We pay the damn price for these express deliveries, so it's only fair we receive our parcels on time. My parcel is scheduled to be delivered this Wednesday, but it has not yet been released from customs, and given that tomorrow is a public holiday, how in the world will it get to me on Wednesday? They claim to have everything under control at customs, but they lie. They do nothing to ensure that our parcel arrives to us on time. I must have my package by the time it is due, and I expect prompt action to be performed. They misled us, and this is unacceptable. They take damn high payment for the delivery cost and they demand high sum of money for customs, which is absurd. And they still can't get our damn parcels delivered to us on time. DHL I want my parcel here no later than it's due date 10th of August 2022. Should I not receive it by then, I will take action against you.
