The worst

If i could i would rate it lower, i have never experienced such terrible communication and service. I received a parcel into my country and there were additional charges to DHL that were not duties and taxes. I queried this and no one could give me an answer, i was on a call for an hour and the. Later for another 30min and still no help. I was told this is admin fees and so on, i was never informed about these”admin” fees nor does it show on only of the email communication or on their website, and i quote “we don't let you know about the fees”

This is by far the worst company to have your parcels delivered by.
