The service is worst
I have been waiting to have a package cleared since friday,ive emailed dhl more than four times and nothing has changed the package still hasnt been cleared til today.i am so disappointed i will only use this courier id there likes of Dawnwing are no longer operational otherwise this is the last time i use dhl.i even got an email to email my proof of payment to and no one really took the time to make a follow up.Its only for the likes of Hamilton Khumalo who make people want to remain loyal to dhl otherwise its ****.Thanks Hamilton Khumalo you are exceptionally good at what do.Still waiting for my package though.
