The most unrewarding service EVER!!!!!!

<p>I ordered a product from the USA and had to delivered via DHL. Delivery went fine however things started going horribly wrong when I needed to have the package returned as it was not cleared by the Medical council. I have been dealing with a lovey lady named Khutso however she is very difficultt to track down and correspond with. i am trying one month to get my products returned to the company where i bought them from. Currently I am on hold listening to your irritating "aint no mountain high enough" music ti get this finalsed before Christmas. Everytime I need to phone 10 times get hold of Khutso and get an update on what needs to happen next. Yesterday she said she would send me a quote to have my products returned, I AM STILL WAITING. I AM STILL ON HOLD. NO ANSWER!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. </p>
