The most expensive Useless service

I have booked a collection with DHL in Canada more than a week ago. The parcel has still not been collected by DHL Canada, despite collection arrangements by the local DHL to the shipper. Service from DHL is shocking. No assistance from DHL South Africa either. The local customer service supervisor was rude and *********** and totally unwilling to assist. It should have take 4 days, after six it has not even been collected.
