The ladies at the front counter went above and beyond to assist me with my shipment today. I felt like a highly valued customer. I have always used dhl for my parcels and shipments but the interaction with the ladies today cemented that decision. The 3 ladies that assisted me had exceptional customer service skills and I would recommend them for higher management. Thank you for making my day brighter and more special!
