A big thank you to Eric Mahlaela who went out of his way to resolve my query. I ordered an item from the U.K., not knowing that I had to pay tax duties. I eventually made payment , but not to the correct Dhl bank account. Eric worked tirelessly to resolve the issue and kept in constant contact with me. I am very happy to say that I received my parcel today.
