I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Sade Eiman at DHL Express customer care. I was trying to track an international legal document, and Sade was kind enough to assist me track it to the SAPO. She furnished me with all the details of where the legal document was and I was able to collect. She went above and beyond, and I am grateful for her friendly disposition and her prompt and efficient assistance. DHL should be proud to have a GEM like Sade! Thank you again.
