After receiving the worst service with some of the rudest people from DHL Express, i finally received a call from Sade Eiman. Sade went out of her way to look for my shipments, call me with a status, ensure the communication was there which was so lacking from the Customer Service team. she made me , from a I will never use DHL Express again, to maybe i will consider them. As i told Sade maybe the CS team needs to sit and learn on how to look after a customer from her. Thank you for exceptional service in what was a nightmare experience.
