Terrible service. Do not use DHL

I recently had a parcel sent from the UK. The lady at the kiosk filled in the for and put £60 instead of £6!

We were bakc and forth and UK won't speak to SA DHL back and forth.

It was a box of my decseaed grandmother's things. No value really bit we had to put something.

Then UK said they would correct the invoice. Didn't happen. We were required to PAY R906. 06.

For customs too correct it, there is a fee of R975!!!! What the hell???

Could not get any assistance.

Do not use this company!!! Terrible customer service. We had. All the proof but no one would assist.
