Terrible service by DHL.

Ahhh....DHL!

Dhl trying to charge waaaayyyy more than they should on my customs sheet. When I enquired, I was asked to please let them know what is wrong as they clearly dont know. I pointed it out. They keep saying its correct until I showed them a previous customs sheet which clearly states they have made a mistake. Then I even called in and spoke to someone else, same story. Sent in proof and here we are. The silence is deafening. It's unbelievable how nobody at DHL can see the clear mistake on their part. I need my shipment, and now its just stuck at the warehouse and absolutely nobody is reaching out. Terrible service, and I am being kind saying that..
