Terrible Service

My package arrived over 3 weeks ago. They held the package at their storage demanding random selection custom duties of 45% of the total amount, including the shipping fee paid to them of 60$ (I do not understand how this amount is included in the total shipping fee charge as the customs should be charged on the goods purchased...DHL isn't an imported good, it's a service...yet their including their service fee in my custom duties percentage charge). I paid for what they demanded, which was about R1253, over a week ago, yet still no delivery, whilst they had rushed the payment to be **** as they claimed it was taking up too much storage space and I will ultimately be charged for it. The has been no delivery and DHL (Frank Moleya, who had been the one in constant email contact) has not been responding to my emails. The communication is very poor and they repeatedly sent me Custom duties on goods that have nothing to do with me or which know nothing about, nor purchased, charges of up to R18 000 on custom duties. The employees cannot even explain how the duty charges are calculated. Their system is clearly flawed and unprofessional. Not planning to use their service ever again.
