Terrible representative at Postnet Menlyn

They have absolute no criteria for picking local representatives. I have sent two parcels through their representative Postnet Menlyn and the people there had absolute no idea on how to process things. They took HOURS to send the parcels. Now I need to have them returned and I am waiting for DAYS for them to take an action. I even paid already for the return and nothing. I might have my items destroyed because of their incompetence besides loosing almost ZAR 12 thousand. This is *****ing and incompetence. DHL should know better who they let use their brand. And talking directly to DHL they say they can't do anything because the shipment is in Postnet account. SHAME!
