Terrible experience following others similarly problematic
Terrible experience following others similarly problematic. DHL does not provide the right info to customers. Most of their staff have a « I don’t care attitude », most of them seem unmotivated, slightly or fully ***********, not prepared to help. Shipments can take up to 9 days before being delivered. They let you deal directly with SA Customs who are made up of equally *********** and rude people.
