Terrible communication and actioning from DHL SA
Of late, the communication from dhl to customer is shocking! Lerato Makgatho never replies to mails. She works at imports but can never give proper updates on shipments. You can send mails, you can call. Nothing. Ever since Trishan Pillay left service has gone out with him
